This tutorial is written in PSP 9

Filters
Penta.com - color dot

The image here is a ruler for you to see where you are

Put the selections in your selection folder
Open the tubes in PSP

New image 700 x 450

Forground #cadfd0
Background #87c1bc

Make a gradient with this settings

Flood fill image

New layer
select all

Edit copy - fond-229-colombe - paste into selection
Blend mode - luminance (L)
opacity 66%

Edit copy - yoka-nebula - paste as a new layer
blend mode - luminance(L)
opacity 46%

New layer
Selection - load/save selection - load selection from disk
find xtreme-polaroid-04

Flood fill with #87c1bc

Effects - plugins - penta.com - color dot

Select none
image - mirror

New layer
Selection - load/save selection - load selection from disk
find xtreme-glamrock01
flood fill med #104a46
select none
Layers - duplicate
image - mirror

New layer
Selection - load/save selection - load selection from disk
find MAS-charlize1
flood fill with ligth and dark color as you like
select none
opacity 32%

New layer
Selection - load/save selection - load selection from disk
find LM_sel fururo3
flood fill same color as before
select none
image - free rotate

Image - mirror
Opacity 60%

New layer
Selection - load/save selection - load selection from disk
find Mtm-wiked-1
Flood fill with #104a46
select none
image - mirror

Edit copy - fantasy26-aout2008-creativeloves - paste as a new layer
Image – resize 60 % make sure that all layers are unchecked
Move in place with your move tool

Image - add border 2 pixel with #104a46

Edit copy dit image - paste as a new layer
Image - resize 25% make sure that all layers are unchecked
Effects - 3d effects - drop shadow

Edit copy - tekst - paste as a new layer
Move in place with your move tool

Layers - merge - merge all(flatten)

Add your name and save as .jpg
