Flood fill your image

New layer
select all
edit copy – 1 - paste into selection
blend mode – soft light

New layer
selection – load/save selection – load selection from disk
find the selection @fatu2

Flood fill with your gradient
effects – 3d effects – drop shadow

Select none

New layer
selection tool – rectangel
with these settings

Draw a selection like here

Effects - 3d effects – cutout

Stiil select

new layer
Edit copy – Chrismist_Acc_5130 – paste into selection
select none
blend mode – luminace

Edit copy – Senga-15-10-08-Woman011 – paste as a new layer
Image - resize 3 times 85% make sure that all layers are unchecked
drop shadow as before
move in place as finished image

Edit copy – Image1 – paste as a new layer
drop shadow as before

Edit copy – les 68 siertubes 1 – paste as a new layer
drop shadow as before
layers – duplicate
move in place as finished image

Edit copy – hmo_heart – paste as a new layer
Image - resize 3 gange 85% make sure that all layers are unchecked
drop shadow as before
move down to the left corner
