Flood fill your image

Effects - distortion effects - pixelate

Effects - edge effects - enhance

New layer
flood fill with the background color
layers - load/save mask - load mask from disk
find the mask - sg_shiny_blocks

layers - merge - merge group
Image - resize 1 time 85% make sure that all layers are unchecked
effects - 3d effects - drop shadow

Edit copy - @nn_140607_misted_fractal_tdstudio - paste as a new layer
move to the right as finished image
blend mode - luminance(L)

Edit copy - Birds-background - paste as a new layer
move to the right as finished image

Edit copy - AH_Lady_Blue_2106_08 - paste as a new layer
Image - resize 1 time 85% make sure that all layers are unchecked
drop shadow as before
move to the left

Edit copy - paste as a new layer
Image - resize 4 times 85% make sure that all layers are unchecked
drop shadow as before
move in place like finished image

find the brush wljsquares15 001

place as the finished image
