layers - duplicate
image - flip

Image - resize - 1 time 85% make sure that all layers are unchecked
effects - 3d effects - drop shadow

Edit copy - adornos@ - paste as a new layer
image - free rotate

Image - resize - 1 time 85% make sure that all layers are unchecked
layers - duplicate and move in place
layers - merge - merge down

Edit copy - FL-J2008-04 - paste as a new layer

Blend mode - Luminace(L)
Move in place like the finished image

Edit copy - GD-goudendraadjes - paste as a new layer

Image - add borders 2 pixel with #000000

select the white edge with Magic Wand
flood fill with your gradient
