effects - edge effects - enhance
effects - plugins - ormente´s filters - miropads

Edit copy - ss_2123 - paste as a new layer
effects - 3d effects - drop shadow

Edit copy - boxes1 - paste as a new layer
with magic wand click in each square like here

Aktivate the layer with boxes1

aktivate the upper layer
layers - merge - merge down

drop shadows as before

Edit copy - lipgloss-sustubedme-11-16-06 - paste as a new layer
image - free rotate

Image - resize - 2 times 85% make sure that all layers are unchecked
drop shadows as before

add your name

image - add borders 2 pixel #000000
image - add borders 3 pixel light color
image - add borders 2 pixel #000000
